Join us on Facebook (search Denton St Lawrence Cricket Club) from 7PM on THURSDAY NIGHT (16th April) for a FUN night of general knowledge quizzing & live music to keep us all in good spirits!
The evening’s entertainment is FREE, but donations are requested, and will be split between the Club and the band.
The QUIZ will run from 7.00-8.30pm, with a short break for the NHS clapping at 8pm. PLEASE resist the temptation to look up any answers on t’internet or anywhere else – we’re working on trust and its a bit of fun….let’s keep it that way!
You will need to send a picture of your answer sheet to Tom Hitchcock on 07496 030183 or by e-mail to Thitchcock68@gmail.com before the answers are revealed. The winning entry will (once the Club is open again, obviously!) receive 8 drinks, with 4 for second place and 2 for third place.
Then, from 8.30pm, our very own James Gilmore will make up for the disappointment of this weekend’s postponed ROLLA gig at the Club with a special 30-minute live set! And, for those of you who didn’t catch him on Sunday evening – no spoilers, but he’s seriously good!
