You may recall that one of our Juniors, 12 year old Harvey Cliff, undertook a very different, socially-distancing Triathlon back in April, to raise funds for the NHS in Stockport.
Well, the final sum raised was a magnificent £1,030, and Harvey has this week received a letter and certificate from the High Sheriff of Greater Manchester in recognition of his outstanding effort!
Harvey wishes to thank all those who supported him – with youngsters like him in our ranks showing this level of spirit and commitment, the future of our Club is indeed very bright!
